"What
is the chief end of man? Mans chief end is to glorify
God, and to enjoy Him for ever." (The Westminster Shorter
Catechism, Question 1)
Covenant
Presbyterian Church prays and works to advance the Kingdom
of God in Georgia and for the world-wide propagation of
the Gospel: the forgiveness of sins through repentance toward
God and faith alone in the Lord Jesus Christ.
We
seek by Gods grace to observe and maintain holy worship
in Spirit and in truth, powerful preaching of Gods
Word, fervent prayer, loving fellowship, biblical baptism,
regular Communion, extensive evangelism, and Christs
command to love God wholly and our neighbors as ourselves.

| "A
mans heart plans his way, But the Lord directs
his steps" (Proverbs 16:9).
Covenant
Church is a small growing congregation with a large
vision under the blessing of God. Blessed with growth
for the past five years, Covenant Church hopes in
God to enlarge our boundaries of ministry, outreach,
and influence.
Located currently on Church Street in downtown LaGrange,
we plan to build larger facilities, expand our media
outreach, plant future congregations, and send missionaries
onto the foreign field.
We
define success ultimately as faithfulness to God in
whatever His providence ordains; nonetheless, we attempt
ministries of sufficient endeavor that faith in God
is our only hope for meeting such goals.
